.....what a cool name for a beer…Today, the electrical inspector said we are good to go and last week the Feds said we are being submitted for approval! I would being doing cartwheels if I could. The brewing equipment is still en route and we are writing our processes and procedures handbooks. Now, on to the State and Local regulators.
We signed our lease February
14, 2015; and now we are hoping for a mid-August opening date. 6 months. That seems like too much time for a project start-up to me. But, then again I am impatient. I feel like I have been twiddling my thumbs and playing the waiting game. Now the wait is almost over and I have just realized I have so much to do! I am such a procrastinator. Contradictory, I know. An impatient procrastinator. No worries though. I will be ready. Fashionably late, is not late.
Now, if the Ivy would just grow on the patio, freakin’ procrastinator.
